Signed-Copy Orders, Shipping and Refunds

Signed copies ordered on this site are sold by Human Capital Development Inc. and paid securely through Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include tracked Canada Post shipping within Canada; delivery to the United States is available for an added fee at checkout. In-stock paperbacks ship within one week of your order. Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship as soon as the signed hardcovers arrive; the expected ship date is shown on the order page. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Because each copy is signed, and often inscribed, by hand, we cannot accept returns after delivery. If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email david@ceocadence.com and we will send a replacement at no charge. Customs duties or taxes on shipments outside Canada, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
